This project is composed of 3 buildings in the artisanal zone of the fluvial eco-neighbourhood, next-door to the 2024 Olympic Games facilities, with 28 concrete apartments with wood facades. Designed by COBE ARCHITECTURE for ATLAND/QUARTUS, these buildings are gathered around a common area and bring greenery to the inhabitants of the neighbourhood.
- Objective : Improvement of the carbon efficiency of housing
- Vehicles on the outskirts of the buildings, enabling the inhabitants to have green areas
- Sustainable and aesthetically durable facade with the Sivalbp New Age cladding
