This collective building, on the rue Girard in Montreuil for GRAND PARIS HABITAT, designed by A003 ARCHITECTES and built by SOCOPA meets the passive requirements. This building, whose 6 floors are all wood-framed, is typical of the traditional Faubourg architecture. Optimized dry manufacturing meets the densely populated urban areas issues. The facade, made with Sivalbp’s New Age wood cladding meets the requirements for maximum 28-meter-high buildings regulations, and ages well.
