This collective housing designed by Atelier Jacquemet & Jambrésic Architects was built in 2012 with Douglas Fir wood cladding from the Elegance range. The facade in wood cladding with a saturator in natural wood tones, meets a requirement to accompany the aging of the facade over time.
Aging on wood cladding in Douglas Fir after 7 years of exposure
After 7 years of exposure and without any particular maintenance, the facade has slightly skate over time without losing the luster of its original color. The aging of the Douglas wood cladding on this collective housing demonstrates the aesthetic durability over time of wood saturators.
